The beginning

In early 2020, a couple of friends traveled to Niseko Japan for a ski trip. This was the foundation and beginning of Cryptonite Capital, an early stage crypto investment firm based in Hong Kong.

Crypto is still in its infancy but we believe the future is bright. Just like internet companies in the 1990s that became the global giants today, we believe blockchain companies will disrupt industries and become the giants of tomorrow. The founding partners of Cryptonite Capital all share roots from Sweden and have known each other for many years. Together we bring combined decades of experience from the blockchain, internet and finance sector.

In the past few months Cryptonite Capital has accelerated and swiftly moved on to build up its institutional foundation. As we look to build our team, we are looking forward to create a stronger foundation in many frontiers, such as marketing (to help boost our portfolio companies’ reach) and marketing making desk (to help our portfolio companies to expand their reach in crypto liquid markets).
